“Good food and nice environment!”
Reviewed 5 March 2012

This is a good French restaurant in Polanco that I'd recommend for a casual meal. The food is pretty good and the wine menu is good too. This is my favorite neighborhood in town.

“Much better options for French cuisine”
Reviewed 3 March 2012

The location is great and they offer indoor and outdoor dining. However, the menu did not offer any solid choices. It seems that they are trying to be too French. The menu is large and confusing. I ordered safely and ate only half of what was served. This says a lot coming from a guy who can his plate plus anything you offer to try from yours!

“Great for a french lunch”
Reviewed 16 February 2012

We had a great time. Love the fact that the serve wine by the glass. Something I found not commen in Mexico. We had a lovely Voignier.
The food and interior are very french, as if you were in Paris. Had a tune steak tartare as a starter, spaghetti carbonara for main and the creme brulle as dessert. All very good.
Would like it if they also have a menu in English.

“avoid like the plague”
Reviewed 23 January 2012

we were served fish that made my girlfriend sick for three days.

the food at le bouchon is pricey and pretencious and such a place should at least try to offer fresh produce as well as arrogance.

there other options in the vicinity but as frenchman i can honestlly tell you to avoid LLe Bouchon if you wish to remain heallthy.

“A good place to people watch.”
Reviewed 31 December 2011

Good food and wine too! Ask for a take outside, just be careful not to leave your purse handy. There are several street vendors around.
