While it is impossible to judge a restaurant by one dish, based on their posole rojo, I would not eat at this restaurant again. Posole happens to be one of my favorites and I feel I am a good judge of it's quality. At El Tule it was very ordinary and served as I've never seen it before - that is, without shredded cabbage, chopped onions, radishes, and cilantro. They instead served it with only shredded lettuce and adding all those extras is half the enjoyment. The flavor, the pork, and the hominy were all fine but it simply lacked pizazz!!
