Hotel Abu is in a great location, the breakfast is delicious, and the hotel is kept very clean. The shampoo, hand cream, soap, and a small water bottle are complimentary - but a slightly larger water bottle with the number 30 printed on the cap is not free. The 30 on the cap indicates that it costs 30 pesos ($2.40). A gallon of bottled water costs much less than that in a store around the corner. My husband and I stayed in Hotel Abu 9 nights. We didn't complain that water was not left in the room each day because we regularly bought water at the nearby store. We were charged for 6 bottles of water when we checked out - even though only 4 had been left in the room. I know that food and drink in a refrigerator are not free, but our room did not have a refrigerator. We suggested the hotel leave a sign that the water is not free!
