I usually suggest that before making a decision based on Trip Advisor, that one carefully read several reviews and make an educated decision. However, in this ONE case....there is no need to read any other review. The rooms are miniscule. They resemble the interior stateroom on an old cruise ship. The rooms have no character.....no Mexican charm. They are sterile....no table, no chairs, one bed, two end tables that fit very snugly. There is one very small drawer in each night stand. There is a closet...sort of. Before booking I read to request a third floor room away from the noise. The noise not only comes from the outside.....but inside as well. The inside chaos permeates throughout the building. Earplugs are of no help. Oh yes....the towels resemble tissue paper. I have requested one extra towel two nights ago....still have not rev'd it. There are hair dryers......you just have to sign your life away to get one. Please....Oaxaca is a wonderful place filled with quaint boutique hotels....enjoy your nights at some other hotel!
