This hotel was the tour stop and has been the best hotel so far! Staff so friendly an accommodating and rooms were supplied early even though hotel was full, so job well done to housekeeping staff. Free tea and coffee available to 11.00am. The rooms are small but the bed was superb and the most comfortable I have experienced so far in all the cites visited.

This hotel is in an excellent location - there are plenty of fantastic shops, restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity and it's a short walk to sights such as the square, churches and the market. The big courtyard was very convenient for meeting up with our tour group as well as for sitting and chatting with friends. Our room was quite small, however the beds were very comfortable and there was very little noise from outside. Other people in our group had quite large rooms so they aren't all tiny. The funny window placement means that sometimes you can hear conversations from other rooms.
Sometimes people who were selling things on the street came in to the courtyard to try to sell things to us, which I found a bit weird and invasive - it's one thing to fend them off when you're walking around town, but you'd think you could be left in peace in the courtyard of a hotel. Wifi was patchy.

Room tip: The ground floor rooms off the courtyard are HUGE compared to the upstairs rooms.

This hotel has a great location! The staff is very friendly, the room is not that big but not small either. Hot water, no problem. It's a colonial type hotel. The safety box did not work but there was no need. I carried everything with me as the town is safe. The only complaint that I have about this hotel is that I could hear the conversations of the other guests. There was a sign on every hallway that said " please be quiet" but the guests were noisy

Room tip: Up stairs less noisy

The hotel is on Andador Guadeloupano (one of the main streets in San Cristobal) - great location with lots of bars and shops close by.

The rooms are a bit tight in erms of size but there is a great courtyard (however, sometimes in the mornings some of the other guests hung out there and made quite a racket without consideration for other guests).

The wifi is slightly sketchy

We really enjoyed this hotel! It can get noisy with inconsiderate guests at night but the hotel itself was great! The roof top view was lovely, we had one of the rooftop rooms with a beautiful sunset view. There is a lovely cafe as you walk out of the hotel, to the left a few doors up to have breakfast and the town, well you're basically in it. Beds were very comfy and wifi worked well. Would definitely stay here again.
