This is a great hotel with very friendly staff, spacious rooms and excellent location. Safe deposit, bathrobes and l'occitane products.
Here are a few things that were a bit off:
The photos show great rooms with balcony overlooking the city. This applies to rooms on the third floor. First and second floors have a "balcony"- 2 doors that open to a cement wall. While we booked a balcony room, they didn't have availability on the third floor.
Their Expedia description also mentions in room espresso machine. This is a mere tiny old fashioned coffee maker, basically OK for boiling water.
Their a/c had some issues - we couldn't really regulate it from inside the room. The staff though was very accommodating and brought us a small heater.
One last thing, it takes the hot water in the shower to warm up. To be fair though, we heard its an area problem.
