“WOW. Best restaurant we tried in Cancun”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 10 August 2014

From the moment you walk in, the ambience of elegance is noted. The staff is very attentive BUT the food stole the show. You will be surrounded by so many delicious choices that I felt like an anaconda that swallowed an elephant. I literally needed help standing up. I would highly recommend not eating for 2 days than letting loose. Best Brazilian bar b que I've tasted. And I've tasted several in different international cities. 500.00 pesos may seem like a lot but well worth it. And my server Benito was a dead ringer for Cheech Marin.

Love the atmosphere.. cozy family.. the salad bar is extensive there is no way I could have eaten everything on it.. The MEAT was so flavorful & succulent!! Very well rounded wine selection!! OH YES and dessert well take friends so you can try them all. WE ordered 4 different desserts and they were all amazing!! Awesome there was a valet which made it quick to get in!

“Fun change from other local fare.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 30 July 2014

The ambience is very nice. The "other" (not the meat brought around on skewers) buffet was filled with interesting and delicious items - great cheeses, salads, seafoods, quail eggs, salads, fruits - even dragon fruit. That alone may be worth the price. The meats were generally very good, but they were loaded with marinades and dressings, which hid the taste of the meat to me. I prefer places with a more natural meat. A few were better (ie, less marinade/sauce), such as what we call prime rib. I had to ask about 7 times for some lamb, and it finally arrived when everyone was finished eating - awkward. The filet mignon was tiny and over marinated, thus dry and uninteresting. They served the "hump of the bull," which was probably more interesting in the name than taste. The cost with wine and dessert was about $60 per person. The service was good.

“If your hungry -go”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 13 July 2014 via mobile

Amazing food for half the cost at home or on hotel zone. I was feeding three hungry boys so this was the highlight of the trip. Thry have every kind of meat known to man. But don't fill up too fast because they save the good stuff for later. They bring the papitas last and it is the best cut of beef you will ever have. The salad bars are amazing, shrimp, sushi, Italian meats and cheeses, salads, fruit, mussels, lobster claws, paella, everything! Well worth the 500 pesos a person. I do think cost went up. I believe it used to $30 a person -now it's $40. But still worth it.
