“One night stay”

This hotel is adequate for the price, it is good deal for Cancun. It is just across the street from Puerto Juarez where you can take ferry to Isla Mujeres. It is far from downtown and from the hotel zone, but you can still catch a bus or colectivo (6 pesos) to get to the city centre and another bus to hotel zone and the beach. There is a store just across the street. The hotel was clean, the bathroom walls were wet and smelly but it was ok. The beds are hard. We had A/C in the room, which was good. There is also wifi connection, it was pretty low in our room though. Staff speaks english and is nice and helpful.

We stayed here this past month for about four days. This hotel is a good deal for the price. It was fairly clean and adequate. The area seemed very safe and was right across from the dock to Isla de Mujeres. The breakfast was adequate, but I would not pay anymore than a couple of dollars for it (as I did when it was booked with the hotel). If we had paid separately, the breakfast would have bee way over priced. The only real issue with booking through orbitz was that they were not aware we had paid. Because of this, they had to charge us and refund the amount. After we were refunded, we still got stuck with the conversion charge.

I needed an affordable place to sleep and this was it. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was located across the street from the ferry to Isla Mujeres and taxis to where ever you wish to explore!

We spent 5 nights in this hotel cause we wanted to explore the whole Riviera Maya during our 2 weeks stay in Mexico. We were kind of worried for the hotel's low price but this is a great place to stay if you don't want to spend tons of money on all inclusive hotel zone resorts and you actually wanna see around Cancun and Isla Mujeres. The hotel was clean and quiet, rooms were nice and spacious, helpful staff. You may not necessary prefer the local beach but bus to downtown and Hotel Zone with all the beaches and night clubs cost less than a dollar and went from right outside the hotel, was a very safe way to travel too. Night time we took a taxi which was around $3,00 to downtown or $6,00 to the Hotel Zone. Remember to bargain a little though, them knowing you are a tourist they may wanna try to charge you a little more. Surrounding seafood restaurants very inexpensive and delicious food. We saved a lot of money staying here so we had a chance to stay in Cancun, Tulum and Playa Del Carmen all plus visit Chichen Itza with a very small budget. Isla Mujeres was very beautiful and you can catch a ferry accross the street from the hotel. Would totally recommend to anyone who is looking to get a little more out of their vacation than a own hotel's pool area!

we paid about 35$ for a double room. the hotel was clean, but not on 'the strip'. but it's right by the ocean. the breackfast was very very basic. i recommend eating somewhere else. two weeks in a row you might not want to have that. since we only slept one night there I can't say much more...

We flew into Cancun and had a transportation to the ferry so we could get to Isla Mujures and when we got to the ferry dock they had closed them becuase of the rain. So our transportation guy brought us to this hotel and just dropped us off with no other choice. It appeared to be a little scetchy but we did have a choice. The guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful but that didn't make up for the room that we had to stay in. We opened the door to our room and there was standing water on the floor and it smelled really musty. We called the front desk and they came and cleaned up the water. We then walked into the bathroom and there was mold on the wall by where the towels hung and there was mildew in the shower, needless to say we didn't take showers. We were exhausted but didn't really want to go to sleep because I'm pretty sure we could hear gun shots outside. I'm not sure how we could have slept anyway because the bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab. So we put the chair under the front door and waited for 5:30am so we could catch the first ferry to the island.

Actually this hotel is in Puerto Juarez, just outside Cancun, about a 30 min walk to the tip of the hotel zone. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I used the hotel as the base for four excursions: Isle Mujeres, Xcaret, Chichen Itza, and Tulum/ Xel-Ha, and had no problems getting back to this hotel in the evening. Was a great value for what I got.
