Parking is non-existant for a suv. Had to park on the Street. Access and exit to hotel is wierd exiting through a gated produce market.$10.00 per night for a pet. Access to the airport is easy and takes only about 10 minutes

We had to be close to the airport for a very early flight out of Cancun. We had to chose between Comfort Inn and The Marriot Courtyard. The price difference is steep and the overall experience did not seem huge. Alas! The jacuzzi here at the CI is rotten dirty, the water is not hot, the stairs are slippery etc. With kids, pools, be them small or big, are essential for us so we would probably have gone for the Courtyard's pool had we known. Now the kids are hungry, if dry, and this hotel does have à Subway and à Burger King a few steps away... No local food in range though.

The room was clean and spacious and we got a good deal at Booking.com. There was everything we needed for a good night of sleep before our flight early in the morning. The aircon was a bit noisy and the shower smelt a bit weird. But it is a motel, so don't stay any longer. Breakfast was included, but we left to early. They offered us the boxed lunch. That consists of apple juice and a ham-cheese sandwich. Just enough to get you through the first few hours. The free airportshuttle is good, it departs at the hour.

We booked our hotel through Travelocity and were told to contact the hotel via phone for a shuttle - the phone number was not valid and I spent over 30 minutes on international rates and was disconnected. We finally hired an airport taxi which cost us $80 (U.S dollars) to go the short distance to the hotel. The receptionist was not helpful when explaining our concern. I have emailed Choice Hotel with no response. When we got our rooms one room did not have air conditioning. They gave us another room, but it took forever to get it done. The hotel is not near anything. Good if you only need a night stay coming / going to the airport if you can get a shuttle!!! It is not a safe area to walk around in. The breakfast was terrible. The fruit was spoiled - nothing was put on ice or refrigerated, but just left out all morning. The beds were very hard and made for a restless nights sleep. Will not stay at this hotel again!

The shuttle service and the ability to use the facilities at the Holiday Inn were a great extra value addition for this hotel. The breakfast was OK and we were happy there was a breakfast offered, but many hotels offer more variety of breads and cereals and hard boiled eggs as part of their free breakfast. The coffee pot system is a bit dated and there were not enough mugs ( so it wasn't clear if we were to wait to be served coffee or serve ourself). A nicer, newer coffee station would be appreciated. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the hallway floors were so clean they shone! Overall, this hotel was awesome value for the money and we would definitely stay again!

Room Tip: This was a great stop-over hotel but not a great choice for a Cancun holiday. You could use facilit...

Went to meet a family member. It was a quick trip and needed a place affordable and close the airport. This place didn't disappoint. There was a 7-11 Burger King Express (means limited menu) nearby.

If you do get around, don't use taxis. They are wicked expensive. Go with the bus (7 pesos vs 250 for a taxi) to plaza americas. There's enough a/c and selection if you're looking for a quick bite. They were very accomodating. Only problem was breakfast. If tables are fully you have to wait in lobby until one clears out, so if you wait until last minute, this can be a challenge. Other than that, rooms were very cool, cable is spotty (lot of interference on cable). Other than that, great value and very clean.

Room Tip: lower levels have cooler hallways.

This hotel really knows its purpose in life: Offer a convenient place for people who need to rest one night close to the airport. They deliver flawlesly on that value proposition.
Shuttle service works perfectly (but DON'T forget to call and book it in advance). The driver is very helpful, ride hotel-airport takes 10'. Check-in is really hassle-free and quick. rooms clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast simple but at least offers fresh fuit. Wifi works perfectly.
Room tip: ask to be as far as possible from the noisy elevator, that also will place you farther from the avenue.
Kudos to management and the excellent and efficient team in this hotel.
