“Fun fun and more fun”

I recently brought my family to Paradisus Cancun for Thanksgiving. I was a little nervous because we are the type of family that needs to have fun things to do. We are very active. Paradisus employs an entertainment staff. The entertainment staff, Jossy, Angel, Freddy, Hector, Nestor, Fabian and their manager Diego made our whole vacation. My 4 kids range from 18-10 and they made each of them feel special. They played with us every day for 8 days. By the end of the week we felt like we had an extended family. Because of this entertainment staff we have recommended to all of our friends and family to try Paradisus. We travel every year and have done all the Beaches resorts , as well as many other destinations. Paradisus was one of our absolute favorites. The resort is gorgeous, the activities team was exemplary, there were no bees or bugs anywhere and we felt safe traveling around the town.
The best part of the trip was that because of the entertainment staff leading us in Zumba , volleyball, water polo, soccer , football and dancing at night we all went home feeling healthy and strong. Can't wait to go back.

To sum up this hotel in a single word.... "GRAND!"

From the second we arrived at this property, we were amazed about every little detail.

The hotel is spotless. I have never seen a Caribbean Resort so clean and well manicured.

Every meal was absolutely delicious. The hotel features a Brazilian Steak House which was a favorite of mine. My financé was blown away by the Sushi Restaurant and how well the sushi was presented.

We ordered the complimentary room service on multiple occasions for various meals and it was always prompt and also very good. The mini bar in the room was always well stocked with beer, soft drinks, bottled water, juice and light snacks.

All the staff go out of their way to make you feel like royalty at this property.

We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a high quality resort in Cancun.

Room Tip: Ocean View in Pyramid One on a Higher Floor.

We were a little skeptical about the idea of going to an all-inclusive resort because of some preconceived notions of the resorts and clientele, but we were looking for a week somewhere to unwind and get some work done and it seemed to fit our needs.

The resort, staff, and food far exceeded our expectations. We live in San Francisco and are accustomed to great restaurants and the restaurants here in the resort were right on par with the quality we find at home. The staff made sure we had a great time and always had cold drinks in our hands. Javier Salazar (at La Palapa) provided us with amazing friendly service poolside, Samuel (royal service butler) went out of his way to find me a laptop charger (I forgot mine) and also provided excellent service for the duration of our stay. I wish I could remember more names as we encountered so many great people here. The friendly accommodating staff is definitely one of the strengths of this resort.

It's worth mentioning that staying here was a great value compared to what I am used to spending on vacation. It's also worth mentioning that we were not hassled to buy extras during our stay here. This is not an adventure type of vacation (my usual), but if you are looking to just relax and enjoy good food and drinks with friendly service and one of the most beautiful beaches you'll find anywhere I don't think you can go wrong here.

I am in the hospitality business and I cannot say enough about my experience as a Royal guest at the Pardisus in Cancun Mexico.. Our butler Juan could not do enough for us and was so accomodating.. I almost felt like family after only 5 days... Then we had the pool bar with all the servers for the beach and pool Francisco Terrazas and Rogelio Romano and gonzales every single one of them made our stay so special... The VIP staff at the Royal building was incredible and the girl at the coffee station every morning was delightful.. Thank you for making my 1st international travel experience wonderful.. I will be back due to your service.. The facility is clean and the restaurants are appropriate for all inclusive.. Can't wait to see you all again..

We had a nice week at the Paradisus Resort Club Melia. The staff in the restaurants and buffet where excellent. The food was very good at most eatery's with the 'Vento' being the least favorite and the 'Market Grill' for dinner was the favorite. The buffet was very good for breakfast and lunch. It would be nice if the resort offered a taco or small burrito by the pool area's. Hotdogs and hamburgers where good for the kids near the pool and the service around the pool was excellent.
The resort offers non motorized water sports across the street, paddle boats and kayaks, not very convenient. It would have been nice if the resort offered a 'boogie board' to play in the surf.
We had a large one bedroom two bath suite with nice amenities. We had to call twice for the mini bar to be restocked during our stay but they did respond quickly to correct the problem.
We did have a problem receiving service from our concierge, she didn't respond to our requests for transportation information after stating she would "get back to us before noon". We didn't see her for the rest of our stay.
It would be nice if the hotel had a stage/theater for the shows they performed as they used a small open area in the Avenue bar and is not conducive to viewing.
This is a nice resort but needs to improve on their cleanliness of rooms and concierge service.

This was our THIRD time visiting this resort, and noticed some changes in staff. We spent seven days over the Thanksgiving holiday, and enjoyed every minute. Our concierge, Arturo, was absolutely fantastic. Although, he had only been there for one month, we was a sound professional, courteous and efficient in every way! Also, Flor, our poolside waitress was the nicest person who took care of us everyday with drinks and food! Also, Karina, was terrific in finding us a new room when our bathtub pluming failed. Not only did she assist in finding us another room, but it was a better set-up. She helped us in so many ways for other things, as well! We really enjoy the Melia product and will return in the near future!

It was a great week at Paradisus. Rest. Naos & Market Grill are excellent , most of staff members are pro. Captain Paola, Jesus and the chef Moises are the best, they took care of my wife all the times.
The hotel is beautiful, is a great place to spend a week relaxing and enjoying the Caribbean sun
