I stayed here with two other friends after a long day visiting the amazing site of Chichen Itza. The little pool side rooms are amazing and the service second to none. We truly enjoyed our stay and the friendly and helpful staff will always be remembered. I highly recommend this hotel for its close location to the archaeological site and its great facilities - I would certainly book again.

If you travel on your own and need a stay between visits to Ek Balam and Chichen Itza this is the place. Maybe old, not highest standard of equipment, but this is a place for one or two nights to get quick access to attractions arround. And for that it is excellent. Fantastic location, easy to find, great people providing good service and taking care of you, good food and nice rest after a tiring day at one of the pools. Very good price to value ratio.

This is my second time at this hotel. The first experience was not so bad but this time, the second one, God...
What do you thing to about staying at o hotel where:
1- the staff is rude, impacient and unpolite
2- the bedroom is spacios but not so clean, the beds are small and uncorfotable
3- bathroom: cold room, cool and not enought water to bath, and there are holes in the old and small towels.
4- the breakfast was terrible.
Well, when visit Chichen Itzá is better to stay at other hotel or take a daytrip from Cancun or Riviera Maya.

I thought this was clean, good service, nice poolside restaurant with good local food and REAL mexican hot chocolate! The included breakfast had fresh fruit, the milk still had cream ontop, and the butter was fresh churned. I liked that this hotel chain was Mexican owned and had the flavour of mexico. It was very close to the ruins and there was lots to do in the surrounding area. We did have a car so that would make it easier for us. We had kids with us and they loved the pools, the local cenotes, and it was great to see the ruins early in the morning before all the huge tour buses and crowds arrived!

Very close to the Chichen Itza site, confortable and affordable accomodatiom. Beware of mosquitoes, not the hotel fault, they put screening on all windows, but you should bring repelent.
There is a pool and a beautiful cenote across from the hotel.

Room Tip: São cabines, todas iguais e com ar condicionado.

Went here for dinner. The prices made us wary of the quality. We were pleasantly surprised. Good (strong) margaritas too. There fish and chicken were especially good. You can have a complete sinner for $12 per person.
