Just flew home from Cozumel last night after a week there.
If you have kids, and want a place where both YOU and THEM have lots of things to do, this is it. I would say it's above average for similar all inclusives in it's price range.
If you are single and looking for night life, or expecting some ultra High end treatment, this is NOT the place for you. If you did your homework ahead of time, you would know exactly what to expect , and have nothing to complain about.!
Staff: Very friendly.... I don't know how they put up with the demands of us arrogant people from the North, but they do, with a smile!
Food: Pretty good breakfasts and dinners. Lunch was a little boring, and they could have more speciality restaurants
Rooms: The rooms were clean and basic... what you should expect with the price range. Bed was a little hard.
Activities: Plenty of access to included activities (e.g. sailing, snorkeling), and extra $$$ activities (scuba dive to reef) were well run.
Kids Activities: The entertaininers from the UK were a hit with the kids, both during the day around the pool area, and their nightly "Kids Club" show.More
