“1st Stay at the Palace”

Lovely. Pretty much says it all. Comparing other AI I've stayed at this one felt like a boutique hotel. The staff was wonderful, accommodating and the staff remembered our names. The resort is very clean and the pools were great. Best snorkeling, made up for the fact there was no beach. A short walk to town, plenty of shops and places to get a drink. We felt very safe. We didn't hesitate to go to town at night. The food was very well presented; we especially liked the Oriental restaurant. We had a romantic dinner by the water and it was the best meal, champagne, steak and lobster. I prefer wine to other drinks and I think this AI ranked low. Most AI miss the mark with wine selections. When I asked if I could just buy a bottle on the upgraded wine list, a bottle of Woodbridge Chardonnay cost $75.00. I can get this wine back home for $8.00! This is my only complaint. I would not hesitate to go back, in fact we are planning a stay at another Palace.

Room Tip: Upgrade to an ocean view. We felt like we had a balcony on a cruise ship. I couldn’t wit to get ou...

I recently returned from a family reunion at the Cozumel Palace. This is our second stay at the hotel. One again we received excellent service and food. The staff are extremely helpful and the attention to detail is amazing. They truly do keep an eye on all patrons to ensure a safe and healthy stay. They do notice if you are out late in town and don't come back at a reasonable hour. I highly recommend them as a wonderful safe hotel to visit in Cozumel, Mexico

This was our first visit to a "Palace" resort and we both agreed that this is the place to stay in Cozmel. The Staff was absolutley accomodating in every way, genuinely friendly and anxious to make sure our every need was met. I have never seen so many happy faces and let me tell you this place is organized and run like finely tuned machine. We are both "foodies" and both agree that this is the best food and food service we have ever experienced at an "all-inclusive. The resort is located on the southern edge of San Miquel so it is a short walk to shopping or other restaurants and entertainment so no worries about cab-fare back and forth from one of the more remote resorts. The Junior Suite was outstanding! It was nicely appointed with ocean view and jacuzzi tub for two. We will be back and are anxious to try other resorts in the "Palace" chain as well.

Room Tip: ask for a junior suite. really nice with a jacuzzi for two!

We have 2 teenage boys and this was a perfect place to stay for our family. We are scuba divers have dove several places in the Caribbean and we think Cozumel diving ranks in the top.We dove with Dive with Martin and they were fantastic. The perfect part of our stay was we were back from diving at 11:30 am. which gave our kids the afternoon to participate in the afternoon pool activities and gave us the choice to hang at the pool or go out touring the island, shop or take a nap. The boys meant a lot of friends and we did too. It is almost like being on a cruise in the you can really get to know other vacationers. There is also a show every night after dinner so there is no need to leave the hotel, unless you want to. Cozumel is a pretty quiet place at night. The rooms were great, we had a loft suite which is perfect for a family of 4. I read complaints about noise but the noise is really only during the day as the hallways and rooms are all hard surfaces so there is some echo. The food was good, our favorite was the Italian restaurant. Make sure to bring resort casual clothes because they do not really allow shorts. My son forgot long pants and we had to go buy him some at the Mega Store. We had room service every morning which was very convenient since we left early in the morning. The location of this hotel is perfect. There is a grocery store across the street and downtown is walking distance. WE did rent a car which helped with sight seeing and doing errands. They also have a sister hotel on the mainland and you can take the Ferry over there and play golf if you want and use all of their amenities and it is all inclusive as well. I would highly recommend this resort. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL. My family wants to go back next year. The service was great and it was VERY SAFE in Cozumel.

Great place for a family getaway! It was self contained and small enough that we could let the kids go off on thier own and not worry about them. After the first day the entire staff knew the kids and looked after them for the whole trip. The food was good and the service excellant. I would most definitely go back.

This resort was incredible. All meals and drinks are included. The staff is so friendly, we brought our 4 year old son and after a couple of days there the entire staff seemed to know his name. The spa was very relaxing. Would definately recommend and if we ever go back to Cozumel, this is where we will stay.

We just returned from our 7 night stay at Cozumel Palace. We love staying with Palace Resorts wherever we can. The food is amazing...with little magic-tricks during flaming desserts/flaming coffee making! The pool area is gorgeous, with views of cruise ships/boats everyday. If you like to snorkel, don't bother leaving resort for better because the resort had way better snorkeling! The credits you get when you stay can be used for scuba, snorkel with stingrays, swimming with dolphins, room upgrades, photos, spa, COBA, Chi Itza, chankanaub, and so much more! Room service 24/7 with great food included!Don't think about going to any other resort because it can't get any better!
