Great for: diving, relaxing, great food and the best staff on the island. If you are coming to Coz to dive this should be the place to stay. Instruction: Patience, professionalism and most important Matt (Mateo). They all go out of their way to make sure you have a great time.
Not Great for: Families with small kids. Nice pool but is more situated for adults.
Rooms are big and open with simple decor. Clean and tidy thanks to Francisco.
Management: Jeanie and Eva all do a great job and I can't say enough about Andrea up front. She is wonderfully helpful.
Restaurant: Should be on your list to visit while in Coz. There are plenty of expensive and bad food restaurants in Coz. this is in the top 5 on the island. Maybe top 3.
Only issues we had: Matresses need to be replaced in 104 specifically. Never had a harder mattress. TV reception is really bad also. Both of these items are easily fixable.

Friendly/helpful staff - on-site restaurant where food is freshly prepared and you can get a quick snack or full meal - on-site full service dive shop. This is a smaller, more intimate hotel. The staff will know your name, and you will know theirs after a few days. We like it this way and we will never change that. ... more less
