We are frequent visitors to Cozumel and enjoy returning to our favorite places, and trying new ones each visit. Some fellow divers were telling us that this was their new favorite. We have been here a week and were hungry for some American comfort food. They do also have a great selection of Mexican dishes that we will return to try but we wanted to try their Chicago style pizza. We are a fan of Gino's pizza and Matt, the owner who is originally from Chicago, explained that his crust recipe was influenced by his three favorites Gino's being one of them. It was delicious! It takes 45 minutes to prepare and bake but we enjoyed sitting at the bar visiting with Matt and some of his repeat customers. We ordered the bacon wrapped and cream cheese filled shrimp (they also offered lobster prepared the same way) to munch on while we waited. Also delicious! We are her for another week and will be back before we leave. Yum!
