Seemed like it would be a fun tour.
We went to where we were told to meet but there was no one there in a jeep marked Pantera. We finally called and they said they would be there in a few minutes. After 10 minutes someone walked over and said that we were at the "new" welcome center, not the right one. We walked to the gas station where he had the jeep parked. The front window was broken and the rear view mirror was missing. We went a mile or so to meet the others at the beach where we would be snorkeling. This took a long time to get going. They did not seem to have enough gear. We finally got in the water. There is not much to see here - a few fish and some artificial reefs. We then got back in the jeeps (one group did not even have a jeep to get into) and went to the myan ruins. This was ok. We had to pay $20 each for this, which was listed one the website, but when we got to the site my son seemed to be young enough to not have to pay (they did not tell us this but kept the money anyway). After the ruins we drove to the tequila factory tour. We had done this before so we stayed at the restaurant and had a drink (the tour guides seemed a bit bothered that we did not go see the tequila tour part). The food was good. We were then told that we would have to go back early because the rest of the trip would take too long and not get us back to the ship on time. It seemed that the website said we would have plenty of time. So we did not see the lighthouse or the alligators.
Not well run. Broken down equipment. Slow. Choose someone else to do this tour with.
