This restaurant is on Calle Sur 1 it is the road that goes next with Benito Juarez.
I tried the New York steak(tough and chewy) ,the Arrachera(mushy and pre tenderized) and finally chicken which was tender,wonderful and not tenderized with bakingsoda(which can make the meat mushy.
Another thing that i saw was that the locals was getting better pieces than the tourists.I saw clearly that the texture was far more greater and quality was several notches.An mexican told me that a local that spread the word about quality can either bring down or up a restaurante.Therefore they get the best of the house.While a Tourist ain´t that important since it doesnt get out in the Community.Such a shame!!
