Do you like pig? I mean, not just tolerate it, but really like the crispy crackling skin and slow roasted, tender meat? You gotta try the roast suckling pig. It doesn't look pretty since it's brown and comes with a side of brown beans, but damn, it is so good. I also don't expect to eat much pasta on the island despite how much italian influence is clear at the restaurants, but there is some terrific homemade pasta here. It is another level of fine dining service and food than its more casual sister restaurant on Hidalgo or any other restaurant on the island, frankly. Go rent a moped or golf cart and take the trip down to the south central part of the isla. The whole snapper was the only moderately disappointing dish our party had -- it wasn't bad -- just can have better for the price at about a half dozen other places. I would also recommend their mango margarita (basically all fruit with tequila) and their coconut ice cream with Kahlua poured on top.
