Imagine a beautiful, quiet and well-located hotel with no toilet paper, barely functioning air conditioning and a bitter hotel owner that accuses you of stealing the broom when you leave!!! To know more details about our stay, read on.
The owners are a couple who own several hotels but somehow do not know how to manage them.
One month before our stay, one of the owners was about to cancel our reservation because the deposit arrived one day late! We had to argue with her to let us stay.
When we arrived, there were no sheets on the beds, no toilet paper, no soap. The rooms smelled like public restrooms due to plumbing issues. The air conditioning was basically broken, while the outside temperature reached over 100 F every day. It took the owner almost an hour to check us in. She also told us that she was going to charge all the electricity we used while at the hotel, which was not in our rental agreement. There was no room service or cleaning during our week-long stay.
Upon leaving, the owner charged us a cleaning fee (which was also not previously specified in the rental agreement) and accused us of stealing a broom!
Overall - I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
