This restaurant is not a place I would rave about, the food was ok Italian, not great, but not bad either. We had the ravioli which was tasty and filling, and a fish meal, which was also tasty with its olive and pepper topping, and the capresse salad. We were dining early in the evening and the restaurant was not busy but the service was very, very slow. We had to ask several times for our drinks, and waited even longer for the agua we requested. The male server was over animated and a bit inefficient but the female server was very friendly and did her best to help out her "partner". Coffees at the end of the meal were excellente! I felt this meal a bit too pricey and would probably not recommend it or revisit it again.

Craving pizza we decided on That's Amore and it didn't disappoint. We found the thin crust pizza to be excellent! We enjoyed several tequila shots with a couple beers with new friends. We went back another night for pizza and ravioli which again was excellent. Javier remembered us from the previous day and gave us the same outstanding service.

I dined here twice in the last week, the first time we just had a pizza but they bought the wrong one the first time but left it and without asking they bought us the correct one so we had two pizzas for the price of one, both were some of the best pizzas I´ve ever had, a great Italian recipe.

The second night we went back we had the lobster pasta which was very good, and the baked fish which seemed to have been frozen and a bit salty. The dessert was the disappointing part, Tiramisu for $100 was just a glass of mascarpone cheese with a dry lady finger at the bottom and a minuscule amount of coffee, no alcohol tasted. Its not that difficult to make a tiramisu and if you´re going to charge that much for a dessert then perhaps more attention should be made. The mille feuille we also had was also just mascarpone (not crema pastelera or pastry cream) sandwiched between filo pastry with some strawberries. Again, not really up to the standard or price.

Service on both occasions was very good and attentive. Wine selection is very limited but reasonably priced at $350.

With a few improvements this could be one of the best Italian restaurants in Playa. Worth a chance.

Need to have good service even if your food is wonderful. This place has both. We ate here on Christmas Eve night late as our daughter arrived from the states after 9:30. Drank a bottle of wine and had pizza and pasta. We are also going here for New Years Eve tonight and look forward to the same. Oh and by the way order the brushetta!!!

Went here based on a recommendation from a friend and were not disappointed! I'm not sure why some reviewers are saying it's expensive. We had two appetizers, a pizza, bottled water, and a bottle of red wine for ~$75USD....you would not get that in the states! Service was great and would definitely recommend the caprese salad and pizza.
