Overall its a nice place...but it is not on the beach. You have to walk a few blocks to get to the beach. Then you have to pay for chairs and an umbrella. The hotel right in front of this hotel (that is on the actual beach) is 20.00 a day to rent a chair. You can carry chairs and an umbrella from the condo but in the heat it is not very vacation-like. The area of 5th avenue it is on is also pretty far away from the better bars, restaurants and shopping. It is between 38th and 40th, and the 5th avenue that I am more familiar with is more like 15th-20th.

The security guards are very nice, and the place is very well maintained. The other issues that came up were quickly dealt with by the owner (C 101) who is a very nice guy.

Room tip: This place is a few blocks from the beach. extra money needed to rent chairs/umbrellas unless you want to carry all of your stuff 2 blocks.

Hi Sarah,

Thanks for your review.
Natz Ti Ha is located exactly 60 meters from the beach, not blocks.

Famous 5 Ave, is two blocks from Natz Ti Ha. Depending on - what you like to find on bars, restaurants and bars are ( 2 blocks) from Natz Ti Ha.
In case of any confusion google Natz Ti Ha location and it's very clear where located.

We hope that despite of location you enjoyed your holiday.

Cheers

I have wanted to stay at NTH for years, and finally got a chance to do so in June 2016 during a last minute trip to PDC. Here is the good: Mike with Playa Breeze is amazing to work with. He went out of his way to take care of a problem with the DVD player not working, even though he was out of town on vacation himself and had to coordinate with his staff to replace the DVD player. He also reimbursed us for a cooler bc our condo did not have one when we arrived. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. We loved the bed in the master. Water pressure was good. Was nice having a washer/dryer, which meant we had clean beach towels everyday. Now for the bad: The pump that operates the fountains/water features around the property was broken on the side of the complex where we stayed. What this meant was that stagnant water was all around us, which smelled really bad and was a breading ground for mosquitos. I was eaten up any time I stepped outside onto the patio or hung out by the pool. I used so much DEET that I ended up ruining a couple of bathing suits. This accounts for 1 star being taken away. Once the pump is repaired, this should not be a problem going forward. The other issue for us was the amount of work it took to enjoy the beach. Yes, the condo is a pretty short walk (relatively speaking) to Coco Beach. However, we are used to being directly beach front in all of our previous visits to PDC, and for us, it made a huge difference in our trip to have to pack up and trek everything to the beach or visit a beach club if we didn't want to bother with hauling chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc. If you do not mind the inconvenience of not being directly beach front, then this will likely be a good condo for you bc it is much closer to the beach than some of the other non beach front condos in PDC. One of the other issues for us is that our patio faced an exterior complex wall, and it is what we looked at through the glass doors that covered an entire wall of the condo. This left us feeling trapped/closed in. Again, that is subjective and for others it might not be a problem. Would I stay here again, no. I will always stay beach front from here on out. If that didn't matter to me, then yes, I would probably stay at NTH again. If I did so, I would look at K101, which is decorated much nicer than F101, and even though it is further back from the the beach, it really is not that much further.

The location of these condos is amazing: it's close to everything, but quiet at night. The beach is beautiful and there are not beachclubs and chairs blocking the views and cloggin up the beach like further down the way. The pool is well-maintained and clean. We felt very safe here and will definitely be recommending to friends. This is better than any hotel or all-inclusive you could stay at, honestly.

We were so fortunate to have the opportunity to rent such a lovely condo in Naz Ti Ha. 1/2 block to the beach, great pool, fabulous proximity to 5th Avenue and loads of restaurants. Mike is the Property Manager for the condo we rented. What a dream having such a responsive man.
We had a couple of situations that he really helped expedite one which involved our rental car and Mike really understood our needs and helped resolve the situation quickly. He even lent me a keyboard as I needed one to do some work.
We were able to access our Netflix account on the brand new TV and were able to enjoy our English speaking programs which is rare on Mexican cable TV. We highly recommend Mike as your property manager, having lived in Mexico for 5 years in the past, we are very grateful for such professional administration.

The location and layout of this condo building is just about perfect. It is steps from the beach and a two block walk along 38th Street to 5th Avenue. 38th is one of the prettiest streets in all of Playa. We stayed in H201 which is about 1/2 way along the length of the complex. There was no noise from the street. The condo balconies face a center courtyard with a pool and gardens. The tall trees of the garden provide shade for the pool and natural privacy screens for all of the balconies.
