From arrival to departure, each staff were phenomenal! I am a frequent guest, I stayed at this hotel many times! Food is getting better and better in the last past 3 years! I am sure the new Chef Eric De Maeyer is reason for it!
The blackened Cod at El Puerto, the lobster tacos at las Brisas, just to named some items, are divine!

Service in all outlets have been great! Thank you to Eduardo Samasoya, Raul Castro, and Mauro for the special attention to my group, we were treated like princesses!

The enhancement of the beach was needed, and is phenomenal.
Finally thank you to the servers and bartenders to always remembering what we liked! I will definitely be back!

We stayed at this resort 10/22-10/28 for our honeymoon, and we loved it. They decorated our room for when we got there, and set up a special boat tour for us including a bottle of wine. Daniel was our butler, and did such an amazing job! He was constantly in contact wanting to make sure everything was going smoothly , and was always prompt in helping us when we made requests. This is a very relaxed resort, and never felt loud our busy. The beach was amazing, and the pools were nice. The food was excellent, and for all inclusive the meals were plentiful ! The people are what really made this resort special. I would also recommend their cooking class, it was very fun and lasted about 3 hours.

Room Tip: beach area casita was very nice and spacious over the water

It was our first time at this Fairmont Hotel. We were truly amazed by the beauty of the resort and of our Beach area suite. We would like to thank David Lozano our butler... he is highly recommended and would not hesitate to have him again the next time we go... Also, this resort has the best food! We had some of the best meals we ever had! Thank you Chef Eric de Maeyer, it was a great pleasure to meet you as well as taste your great and creative dishes! See you all soon!

As an event coordinator I work with a lot of different staffs to create various events. The Fairmont Mayakoba staff is absolutely extraordinary! From the moment you step off your transportation the front desk staff is beyond accommodating. They make you feel at home.

Working with Yuscif prior to the event to ensure my guests had everything they needed, working with Mauricio and Mariacarmen to ensure the banquet portion of our conference went off without a hitch, and working with the hardest working staff really put our minds at ease.

Hector, Jorge, Carlos, and Casar just to name a few knew our high exceptions and delivered with a smile and hospitality you don't always find these days.

Whenever we needed something ASAP we had the great help of Oscar and Alejeandro in the business center.

I truly couldn't have asked for a better place to host our conferences.

This was our 4th time back to this resort and we stayed for 10 days. The property and rooms are immaculate. Fairmont has changed the restaurants since our last visit, and they were great. The beach has undergone a replenishment and is beautiful. Special thanks to Executive Chef Eric DeMaeyer for making this experience the best it could be. Also had to mention all the wonderful people that really went the extra mile: Sergio Jimenez our room attendant; Edy, Francisco and Arturo out at the beach; Juan Luis and Manuel at the lobby bar. I'm sure I am forgetting some of the wonderful people here as we had many great service experiences. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone and we look forward to our next trip back.

Room Tip: I have never had a bad room selection in the 4 visits here.
