The resort was really nice. The buffets had similar items each night, same with breakfast and lunch but there was quite a bit of variety. That being said the A La Carte restaurants we went to had amazing food.
I personally found the drinks not the greatest but I am not a heavy drinker and I don't like the taste of alcohol.
The resort is very long but there are trolley's. The only downfall is that you had to wait for the trolley's and you couldn't just call for one.
The staff were happy to help as much as they could and most of the staff that regularly deals with guests had very good english. (our favourite person had to be David at the Riviera Buffet). I found that the staff was very excited when we asked them questions about how to say things in Spanish.
There were no bugs (very clean) in the room and the rooms were quite nice. The only disappointment was that we didn't have towel animals everyday.
The beach was also very pretty but a little crowded.
All in all if there was another sale for this resort we would definitely go back.
If you go to Mexico you have to see Tulum.More
