We found this to be one of the less expensive pizza restaurants in Tulum, and still the food was very good. The caprese salad was excellent, and the pizzas were plenty big enough for one very hungry diner. The restaurant is nicely decorate and has a nice feel.

Nice place and excellent pizza, for me the best in town.
This year I tried the seafood and I must say, very good.
It's gonna be a hard choice between the pizza and seafood.

When we were in Tulum 12 years ago, we ate out every night at this restaurant for 3 reasons: there were few restos back then as the town was but a village, the owner was from Rome so my husband found a paesan, and the food was simply very good. When we vacationed there again this summer, we went looking for them and only found them the following day as the village has become a small town so restos all over the main strip, and La Nave has moved to the other side of the street.

We ate there for old time's sake and the food is still just as good as ever and just our luck, the owner, Fernando was in town so we were able to reminisce. We ordered a very good bottle of white, my husband had the linguini al cartoccio, cooked to perfection, and i had the pizza napoli, it felt like we were back in Rome! For dessert, I had the panna cotta, the best in North America... How do they do it?

We know, having Roman food in Mexico? Well, it sure was a nice break from all the ceviche and tacos so there! Plus, the place is ALWAYS full. That must say something.

Very good meal for two with a nice vibe and plenty of people watching. The menu had lots of great Italian inspired choices.

This is quite a nice place to eat. It's simple but well taken care off. Prices are fair considering the quantity and quality of what is served. Had no problem ordering something that was not on the menu, they were happy to make something special for me and it was wonderful. Service is plain and efficient. Had a great time and hope to return soon.
