We're a couple, stayed for 3 nights.
the location is good - one block from the main street at the Pueblo. though it seems to be in a darkenned ally, we found it nice, quite and authentic and had no problem walking there at night.
the place has only 12 rooms, all of them with windows to the inner side of the complex which has some kind of a pool. it has very nice decoration.
the staff was very friendly and we felt comfortable leaving the key at the front desk when we went out.
the room is spacious and has sitting area as well. there is some cookies and juice left at the room for us which had refilled everyday.
On the contrary, there is some stuff missing for us that can fairly put this hotel in the boutique class - needs bigger TV to fit the wide room, more comfortable bed (was ok), better WiFi coverage, no deposite for the safe box (old fashion...)
I think the price is fair and decent to the product we've got, and it is one of the better hotels we've been at around the Riviera Maya.More
