We arrived late, and severely jet lagged after a journey of about 18 hours, so being greeted by a very pleasant receptionist with drinks was very welcome. We had a booking problem though, I don't think it was the hotels fault but we misunderstood (and had a written mis description) of the suite we had, when I objected the next day they kindly upgraded us to what in effect we beloved we had booked though booking.com. It was handled very well and professionally, it certainly made happy customers out of us.
The stretch of beach is great, the restaurant excellent, the pool inviting but quiet, the car park well managed, the rooms kept very clean. A few bits and pieces need maintenance, not because they aren't working on it but because this is the tropics and right next to the sea so it is never ending. I say this only to prepare you and not because it isn't wonderful.
Overall a great place and I would return in a moment. One thing to note, that attractive breeze during the day which keeps you cool does become an irritation, and the water whilst a nice colour is rougher than my vision of paradise. The staff are all very nice, overall excellence by the sea.More
