Oria has been a pleasant surprise in more than one way. Finding this restaurant is one of those unexpected pleasures. The setting is quaint and thoughtful.

The idea and passion behind this restaurant and the creation of the menu following the tradition and recipes of Vincenzo Corrado is inspiring but the best thing is the food itself. The food and wine we're delicious, I recommend you try a few of the dishes following Corrado's recipes.

The shame was we didn't have any space to try out the dessert which sounded great.

If your staying in the area I recommend visiting this restaurant if its for a light bite or a 4 coarse meal you wont be disappointed. We booked with Mytable.it via the Trip Advisor link found on this page. My wife and I had a choice of eating inside or out and we chose to eat in the main hall where it was nice and cool. A 3 coarse meal with 2 glasses of wine and water is €25 and a 4 coarse meal with 3 glasses of wine and water is €35 both with fine wine and plenty of choice, the antipasta was very special and made a change from the usual Puglian dishes.
We are looking forward to our next visit and maybe we will share the delightful fine dining with friends and family.

A beautifully appointed restaurant in the historic centre of Oria. The antipasti were excellent, though the pasta was a little disappointing. The main courses were generally very good, particularly the slow cooked beef in wine; similarly the pistachio cake was also very good. Each course was served with a matching wine - all of which were excellent. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The atmosphere was ruined a little by the large screen TV showing football - may be this could be forgiven a little given that Italy were playing that evening, but it didn't really add to the romantic atmosphere.
