Room was small and very worn. It may have been 3 star quality several years ago but certainly not now. Only cold air out of hair dryer.

Stayed one night before a flight from Orly Airport. Room was €49 and very good. Hotel was warm, clean and comfortable. Staff very good and transport to and from airport great. We ate in the hotel and found bar had a good buzz with food good quality and value. Hotel is in a very quite spot and perfect for an overnight stop

Love this hotel! Here's why:

1. the room rate is affordable.
2. friendly staffs. I asked and asked again about direction around the city, and the guy at the front desk always assist with a smile on his face.
3. although it is located a little out of the city center (close to orly airport), they have their own shuttle bus (at no additional expenses) to pick and drop us off at the nearest subway station/ orly airport. The shuttle bus operates at 6/7 AM (i forget the exact time) until 11 PM/12 AM every day. All you have to do is call, and they will pick you up. The longest time i have to wait for them to pick me up at the station is 10 minutes. Great, huh!

Some notes:
Hotel room is so-so. No major dissapointment, but averall an old room. Not spacey, maximum of two people in the room. If more than two people, it will get too crowded. No disturbing traffic noise at night, because they are not located near major street. AC and TV in my room works well. Frige is not provided.

They provide hot water and bathtub. However, i dont remember whether breakfast is included in the room rate. You might want to make sure during reservation.

Conclusion:
In conclusion, perfect hotel for young people wishing to stay at a nice and affordable hotel. Suitable for people who flies to/from Orly airport and for people who doesn't mind staying a little further from the central area. Afterall, they provide free shuttle bus to the nearest station. What else could u ask for?

We arrived at Orly airport at 5pm and phoned the hotel to ask for the courtesy bus to collect us. A very abrupt and unhelpful gentleman told us to wait by Gate F. 45 mins later the bus arrived, despite us calling twice more to find out what was the delay. The hotel itself is ugly and in the middle of nowhere. The decor is drab and the rooms very basic. The worst problem, however, was again the courtesy bus: We had booked the return service when we arrived at the hotel for 7am the following morning. We gave our room numbers as requested. The next morning my daughter was waiting in reception just before 7am to be told the bus was about to leave. She ran up to the first floor to tell me. I came down immediately to find the bus had gone. When we asked why the bus had left despite us booking it the night before we were told "you were late". We said we might miss our flight check-in and the gentleman on reception said "too bad". The bus returned at 7.20 and we asked if we could go immediately as the check-in for our flight was closing at 7.45. We were told by the driver, who was incredibly rude, that he would not leave until 7.30. We had no choice but to wait. We left the hotel at 7.32 and the driver then dropped one of his friends of at the RER station, another at a local Air France building, before going to Orly West and finally Orly South. Clearly he took the longest time possible to get us to our terminal Finally we got to the airport with 2 minutes to spare before check-in closed. We made the flight, but the stress was unbelievable
Without doubt this is the worst customer service that I have experienced from a hotel in 25 years of business and pleasure travel. We both speak good French and so it was certainly not a question of a language barrier. My advice, NEVER stay at this hotel - there are plenty more locally.
