This B&B is well situated for exploring the area. We had a day on Anglesey, a day on the Llyn peninsula and a day in Snowdonia as well as exploring Caernafon itself. Our room was one of two in a neat little detached extension. It had all we needed. For light sleepers like me heavier curtains to keep the room dark at night would have been good. Although near to a fairly busy road there was no problem with road noise. Breakfast was really good.

We stayed at this B&B on Saturday night and have no complaints. The owners Mark and Ruth were very friendly, and chatted away naturally to their guests.

We had a double room with a shared bathroom, which was only 5 yards from the bedroom door. Inside the room we had a comfortable double bed, vanity unit, hairdryer, tv and coffee/tea making facilities. If we didn't want to watch the tv in our room we could have gone downstairs and watched the larger tv in the residents lounge.

Breakfast was included and there was plenty of food. Choice of cereals and fruit juice to start, and then Mark took the orders for our cooked breakfast. Good sized portions and set us up for the day.

Location wise this B&B is just off a roundabout and this isn't anything else around it, although it is well placed to go and explore Snowdonia down the road. As we had been driving all day we didn't want to go back in the car to find somewhere to eat, so we ate in the B&B's restaurant. Good menu selection, food was really nice, competitive prices and a good selection of local Welsh ales which my partner enjoyed trying.

Very good hosts and a very pleasant stay.

I enjoyed this B & B very much. It was in a good location to explore lots of different locations in northern wales. The food was always very good and a decent selection to chose from, although not all the specials were always available but it did not bother me. They had a nice selection of beers and wines and allowed us to take them back to our rooms. The accommodations were nice, we stayed in the main bit of the B & B attached to the tea room. In there was a little lounge area with a tv and fireplace, although my fiancee was allergic to something in that room and could not stay in it for more then 10 minutes, possibly cat dander? Our bed was a bit worn but my cousins bed was nice and comfy. The only other thing was there is a tall bush that blocks about half of the path to the entrance of the accommodation. Overall well worth the money spent. I enjoyed my trip to North Wales and would use this B & B again if I were to visit again.

Close to Snowdon. Delicious home made food. Spacious rooms and shower.
No complimentary toiletries. Darker curtains would have been better as car and lorry headlights shine through into the room otherwise
