First, this place until recently was known as Posada la Casita, and that name still appears in Google Maps, on the correct side of the street.
This is a typical small family-run place. The room I had was "compact", to put it politely (didn't examine any other rooms), but it had everything I needed; WiFi, TV, and a shower with good water pressure.
It wasn't notably noisy. The location is reasonably convenient; close to the artisans' market, the Mercado Ignacio Rasmirez, and the Fabrica la Aurora. It's four blocks from the Jardin Allende.
There are a couple of small parking lots on Calzada de la Luz, but I don't know mow much they charge for overnight parking. I parked at the large lot on Calzada de la Aurora, and it cost 200 pesos for one night.More
