Ocean Sports is an agency that arranges fishing trips, among other things.
We reserved a trip on a Thursday during the day for 8:00am the next day on the Reel Addiction. We received a call that night saying the water would be too rough, could we please reschedule to 9:00am Sunday. We agreed.
We arrived 8:30 Sunday morning and were shown to a different boat, owned by a different company. I now have a complete understanding of what "bailing wire" is - it's' what held the boat together. The boat was dirty, broken, had no fire extinguisher, first aid kit or any of the items you'd need to pass an inspection in the USA.
We decided to risk it and went out into the ocean where the sea was running about 3 feet, worse than the Friday would have been when we originally scheduled the trip. After 45 minutes, we turned back, the boat was rolling around all over the place.
We paid the two-man crew for their time ($60).
This was the worst experience imagineable and we don't recommend ocean sports to anyone.
