Sorry, we went to check out site having bought new tent. Very basic site, very basic amenities. There is a hospital is next door, consider asking about this, if your still happy then fine. The open areas were ok but not ideal, one family had pretty must taken up one of the areas. We were looking forward to a quite site and that it is but not for us. The camping charge is very reasonable but your not getting much for your money. Sorry I know your looking to make a living but got to be honest and people rely of Trip Advisor for frank reviews, good and bad. Please see other reviews as they appear to have had much better experiance than we did.

Just back from a two night stay, loved it.Owners are really nice and nothing seems to be too much trouble. The fire pits, eggs and marshmallows are a must, can't rate it highly enough. There are enough toilets and showers for the amount of campers and the grounds are like a secret garden. We are looking for forward to returning in a couple of weeks.

Thanks for a fab stay

Fantastic little campsite in an almost perfect location. Friendly, attentive owners with basic facilities kept spotlessly clean.
We stopped the first weekend in June with our 3 kids and another family and we had a wonderful time. The beach is a 10 minute walk away and is beautiful. Tennis courts (free) and a play area close to the beach too.
Shops and takeaways are only a 3 to 4 minute walk which is amazing as the campsite seems miles from anywhere as it is so secluded and quiet.
The uniqueness of this site make it so appealing, being in a walled garden it is sheltered from the elements and the Dutch barns ensure alfresco meals are not disrupted by rain and most of all the hire of fire baskets makes sitting outside your tent having a late night drink a pleasure not experienced by us whilst camping.
I would recommend this site to anyone (in fact friends of ours are there as I write this on our recommendation).
We are looking forward to our next visit.

I had my 40th birthday celebrations here. There were 30 of us (13 kids 17 adults) staying in one field and hiring sole use of the bunkhouse. Everything about the site is fabulous. The owners were fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful (especially in the run up to it with all of my questions). The big covered barns are ideal if the weather is bad. Lucky for us it was stunning weather.

We also hired the roaster. We were also able to hire a fire basket (highly recommended!), buy ice, fresh eggs and purchase some legs of Welsh lamb. One family hired the pre-erected tent which was fantastic - a great solution if you don't have a good tent or if you can't be bothered to pack, pitch and dry one out.

We hired out the bunkhouse for sole use. Great place - does what it says and a bit more. It has everything you need.

We walked up to Aber Falls one day and wandered down to the beach the next (best at low tide I think). I will definitely be returning, as will some of my friends!

If you are looking for a place to go with a bunch of friends then this is perfect. But it is a small campsite and ideal for anyone really.

We stayed on one of their hard standing serviced pitches with our motor home for 2 nights in May. The owners couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful in settling us in. The location is absolutely superb, the right balance of tranquil seclusion and access to local shops, pubs and the beach. Facilities are very well maintained and although few in number its a small site so we never had to wait to use them. It's incredibly family-friendly and there was a really lovely buzz about the place so we were sad to leave. Would definitely stay again, highly recommended!
