“A little piece of heaven”
Reviewed 6 April 2015 for a stay in April 2015

We have just returned from one of the most lovely places the UK has to offer. The cottage was ideal for a fun and adrenalin fuelled weekend, perfect place to unwind after a busy day.

The peace and tranquility was much needed as we were both exhausted and the cottage offered us just that.

Sue and Michelle were very accommodating and friendly. Their furbies too were very cute...I am amazed we didn't come back with them all.

This cottage really is a great base for those wanting to explore the north welsh coast and Snowdonia. It has everything you need, it's warm and cosy and great to relax. The beach is a 30 second walk from your door.

We will without a doubt be visiting again.

“Friendly, cozy and a wonderful location for exploring this part of Wales.”
Reviewed 18 July 2014 for a stay in July 2014

The cottage is a little quirky, but well equipped and cozy. We received a very warm welcome and the location was wonderful for strolls along the seafront and easy access to the many attractions in this beautiful area. There is no outside seating area and it is quite dark inside, which might have made for a different experience if the weather was uncooperative.

Hi Lyn, thanks for taking the time to review our cottage. I'm pleased you had a good time with us, we do try to make sure that everyone is comfortable and happy when they stay here. I wanted to mention your comment about outdoor seating. Whilst it's true there is only the wall to sit on right outside the cottage door, it is only about 40 seconds walk to the Promenade with all the benches that look out over the beach and sea towards Puffin Island and Anglesey! I can also say with my hand on my heart that no-one has ever mentioned the cottage being dark! It faces south and gets as much light as is available during our British weather. Thanks for flagging these things for us.

“Perfect hide away for two.”
Reviewed 1 June 2014 for a stay in May 2014

What lovely people Sue and Michelle are, they made our stay so easy, great communications and welcome. The cottage though small is so well presented, everything anyone would need even down to a good selection of dvds. Loads of towels! As there was no immediate booking after us they let us stay late too. Thanks very much. Absolutely spot on. Even the weather was fantastic.

Bron Dalar is a lovely, compact but well equipped, cottage around 100 yards from the seafront in Llanfairfechan. Its hidden from view which, for me, adds to its charm. The vilage itself is up the hill from the cottage and not a particularly easy walk if you are not good on your legs, but it is well serviced with several shops, including a newsagent, supermarket (2) an indian and chinese take away and even a couple of antique shops. The owner Sue is lovely and nothing is too much trouble. It is best if you are a dog lover as Sue has two or three tibetan terriers who tend to have a bit to say for themselves, however, they are seperate from the cottage and there is no interaction if you dont want it. On the seafront is the Llanfairfechan sailing club and it is a place that has always offered us a very warm welcome, well worth a visit in the evenings. Overall, a little piece of heaven, a lovely cottage in a lovely village.

“A Cosy Retreat”
Reviewed 4 November 2013 for a stay in October 2013

This little cottage is an ideal base for visiting North Wales. Its central location is great for sight seeing. The cottage itself is perfect for two people - cosy, comfortable and clean with everything you could need for a short break. Within one minute you're at the sea front - perfect for a stroll. The village itself kept us adequately supplied, fed and watered.
Sue was very welcoming. She made sure that we felt at home and left us to our own devices knowing that she was there if needed.
We intend to return!

“Cosy Cottage, Great Location”
Reviewed 25 August 2013 for a stay in August 2013

Bron Dalar is a really attractive cosy cottage in an amazing location.
30 seconds from a very pleasant promenade. Lovely walks along the coastline and well positioned to drive to various locations.
Sue and Michelle were really fantastic, even came in and changed the bedding and towels etc! What service!. The "attention to detail" in the cottage was very good and we had a really delightful stay there.
Thanks once again.
