Just spent 5 delightful days at this resort, overlooking a pristine view of Cabo San Lucas and lovers beach. From the moment we were warmly welcomed by Antonio at the front door we were treated to warm hospitality and generous Mexican charm. Everyone smiles at this resort and our package was all inclusive so all food and drinks were freely available at any time day or night.
The pool is lovely overlooking the beach and rocky outcrop of Cabo and beach chairs are abundant.
The ambience is casual and classic with a relaxed charm only the experienced resort knows how to offer.
Our upgrade on arrival by the gorgeous Yselle didn't hurt either when we told her it was our anniversary!
We will definitely come back to this beautiful grande dame of Cabo. Thank you to all the gorgeous staff who made our time in Mexico so magical!

I agree with strongly, with what I read below, the amount of people trying to get into your wallet is getting overwhelming. The prices, like stated below, are very high. I am afraid that Cabo is going to kill the golden goose. Word is going to get out that Cabo is a bad place to go. Maybe it is already happening. Just got back on the 20th of December and it was dead. Mango Deck is particularly bad. Expensive drinks for basically fruit juice. You can not move without someone trying to sell you something. The wife went to rent a movie at the hotel lobby at night and had to tell the guy to get lost.

The staff greet you with "welcome Home" and they do everything to make you feel at home! Andres started with checking us into our rooms and the relaxation began. Every day he greeted us as we traveled thru the lobby, asking how our stay was and if there was anything else he could do for us. Antonio always was ready with a hand to help in and out of the taxi's. Diego, Dimetri, and Brian remembered us each day, made us feel at home and laughed with us each meal. Margarito was incredible running up and down the beach bringing us food and drinks. He took such good care of us and in such warm weather. We did the all inclusive and feel we made a great deal on a family of four. This evening topped off when we were able to say Merry Christmas to Andres before he had his two days off, he is very new to Blanco, but we enjoy seeing so many familiar faces each year we return. We love the beach activities, but sometimes the time share selling is too strong. Our family loves it here and will continue to vacation at Blanco and Sunset.

Room tip: All rooms have had a great view to the beach and the pool below. Wifi is not free, and sometimes works sporadically even when you have paid for it.

The staff at this hotel is fabulous. We have been bringing our family of between 16 and 24 to this resort for the past 7 years for Thanksgiving week. From the minute we arrive, Antonio, Frankie, Ozkar, and Arturo greet us with enthusiasm and service our every need for the entire week. At the front desk we have had excellent service also. Our reservation for 6 to 7 rooms, was handled by Henoc very quickly and our family was kept together in rooms with geat views. Yenny at the front desk helped us with any request that we had during the week.

This hotel sets the standard for hotel maintenance. The rooms are always clean and anything you need is just a phone call away.

The hotel is located within walking distance to great restaurants. We particularly like Los Tres Gallos, La Dolce, the Medano Beach Club and the restaurant at the Hacienda Resort.

There is free internet in the internet lounge. It has just been added and is very nice. The internet is not accessable in your room unless you pay for it.

As far a our family is concerned, there is no better location in Cabo.

Our recent experience at this resort left us wondering what is going on? The all inclusive dinner was the worst meal we have ever had in Mexico. The beef was 50% fat and the shrimp were like eating sun dried jerky.
Other than the inclusive feature the staff is wonderful, Antonio is our favorite bellman, always helpful and smiling. The poolside restaurant serves very good food and drink in a timely fashion.
Great location on Medino Beach.
