“A warm, inviting gem of hotel”

For the price, you absolutely cannot beat this place. The colorful atmosphere, beautiful flowers and plants, and communal eating area give this hotel a very comfortable and welcoming feel. It feels like home! The location is incredible - walking distance to the marina, town, and all beaches. It is also very clean. The palapa rooms are spectacular with private decks and a bit more spaciousness. The single/doublerooms do the job - clean, comfortable, and perfect for travellers on a budget. The feel of the Cabo Inn is rereshingly more laid back and casual than the super high priced, more touristy hotels which are so abundant in Cabo. Really cool spot. I was thrilled to find it and would stay there again! Also, for someone traveling alone, the Cabo Inn offers more opportunities to meet other travellers if you are open to it - given the shared spaces for eating, reading, and relaxing.Cabo Inn is run by a very friendly and helpful family who are always on hand to answer questions, organize a taxi, and be of service in any way. As a seasoned traveler, spending a week in Cabo was daunting given how touristy it is...but the Cabo Inn offers a much more authentic experience...I actually felt like I was in Mexico!

Room Tip: If you can afford it, and if they are available...stay in one of the palapas!

Cabo Inn was a super cool place to stay to get that mexican feel as a pose to staying in a all inclusive resort which doesn't give the same vibe. Great location, walking distance to beaches and shops and plenty of great restaurants. Rooms were cleaned every day and staff were very friendly.

If you want to be in the centre of things or walking distance to everything down town in Cabo San Lucas. We spent 3 weeks in a cute clean and friendly Cabo Inn. Rates are good and rooms are cute and the building is quaint.

Okay admittedly yes you hear noise from the street ...but who doesn't love hearing the locals living, kids laughing, and random politician speeches from moving cars? I say it all adds to the local culture experience...and yes you don't get breakfast delivered in bed - but the local spots within minutes are much better plus a BONUS smoothie shop within half a block (only $2 for fresh smoothies - hells yes)! This place is a true gem in the downtown area of Cabo and is a delight for those of us who prefer not to stay with a gaggle of gringo tourists in the far away and cookie cutter 'all inclusive resorts'. We had 7 of us staying in this little unique Inn and it was actually the highlight of our fabulous trip! The cute and kit-chy decor, obvious love for local colours, unique design, and sweet and helpful desk staff made for a wonderful experience. Daily we'd gathered in the roof top lounge, drank coffees, grabbed our smoothies, planned our day adventures, and then returned, cooled off in the little roof top pool and drank margaritas before heading out to the several amazing local restaurants! We were quite happy to avoid the 'all you can eat buffets' at the chain hotels and had spectacular authentic cuisine within only blacks of the Cabo Inn! Our overall cabo Inn experience was authentic, colourful, fun, and more tasty then I imagined! Walking distance to the 'club strip' and the beach! Not on the beach, but meh, it's not that far and the price is right! Many of our crew stayed in shared rooms paying only about a hundred dollars all in for 5 nights! I booked the Palapa #2 for an amazing great price and received a huge room with private shower, king bed, hot tub, and private deck with mountain views all around! Really worth the extra cost as you felt like you were sleeping in a large private hut! We’d highly recommend this place as non of us expected it to be so fun!

Room Tip: Palapa # 2 and 1 are the best experience for couples! Rooms of the place at the front avoid the nois...

My experience in this small place was very good. I had a very good time there. It´s vey close to everything. I didn´t rent a car cos´was not necessary i was 2-4 blocks far from the party area. I was drunk and able to walk to my room. also the place is very safe, clean and convenient. on top of it the people that works there make me feel like in home.

I visited Cabo last week and stayed at the Cabo Inn Hotel. Prior to booking my accomodations I checked out the reviews on Tripadvisor. The majority said that the rates were more than reasonable, it was clean (somewhat dated), the staff was very accomodating, it was in close proximity to the marina and that it could be a tad noisy. All of the aforementioned were true. Because of its location you truly feel the AMBIANCE of the City. For me that was not a bad thing. Stanley and Maria are very classy people and run a fine operation. If you have a hard time sleeping with light coming in your windows/blinds then bring a sleep mask. I brought one and it worked out fine. I also took advantage of the community area on the roof where the pool, lounge chairs and books are located. I had a great visit to this wonderful city and look forward to staying at the Cabo Inn during my next trip.

It was a good place it is near everwhere, super safe and clean, my only point would be that the hot water wasn't hot enough, but the rest was perfect, specially the service. and if you pan to take boat to go the the arch, there are excellent prices.
