The hotel is deceptive from the outside as it looks like a box, but it has a nice courtyard with a pool and gym at the back. I often plan to stay at this hotel because the rooms are clean, modern and the beds comfy. The pool is a good size and they serve you drinks while you are swimming or sunbathing! Food is good and there is a separate bar and restaurant - although tv can be loud in the bar. They also have a free shuttle that goes to both terminals whenever you need it - including very early morning.

The hotel was very clean-- hands down it was the cleanest BW I've ever patronized! It was obviously new and is a green hotel, which is always a good look. The front desk staff was very courteous and friendly, providing us with a quick and easy check in and check out. Our flight was cancelled, so United Airlines provided vouchers for this hotel. The shuttle driver was very kind and moved quickly to get all of the stranded passengers to the hotel. Despite the inconvenience, this hotel experience lightened the horrible day of sitting in the airport for 7 hours...never the best way to spend a day in sunny Cabos. I would totally recommend it to anyone who needs a tidy hotel nearby the airport.

Our location give us the opportunity to be attractive for those:
- who travel further than the Los Cabos area and they prefer to drive during the day so they can admire the beauty of La Baja,
- who lost their flight,
- whose time-share does not coincide with their flight,
- who want to enjoy the highest privacy of Los Cabos.

When your plans call for meeting someone coming off off the plane in Los Cabos, as ours did, there could hardly be a more convenient location. The room was very "American" so if that is what you are looking for you will not be disappointed. Going along with that were expensive cervezas and indifferent food compared to anywhere else we stopped in Baja--perhaps commensurate with the hotels in Cabo San Lucas, I don't know. It felt safe and was immaculately clean but was rather flavourless. Not really condemnation, just the way it is.

First of all the room was incredibly overpriced, 250 for a best western is ridiculous. But after a long day in the car we just wanted to be settled for the evening. We finally get to our room and open the door to find a woman in the room. So back down stairs to get a different room since ours was already occupied. The man at reception looked at us like we were idiots after we told him what happened. He changed our room, take two. We get upstairs to the new room and neither of the key cards work so back down to reception. We get the same look as before, he changes the cards and then gets us an escort to the room. He was under the impression that we just didn't know how to use the cards I guess. And throughout it all he never once apologized for the mistakes. A friendly response would have probably prevented this review.
The restaurant messed up on two orders while we were looking at the menu, which btw has the worst spelling and grammatical errors I've ever seen. I expect errors to occur in local places but somewhere like the best western should really have their act together.
I ordered the garlic shrimp with rice and vegetables and my bf got the Cesar. The salad was less than impressive but edible. My entire plate was cold. The worst part was the rice though. It was drenched in some sort of oil and the shrimp were way over salted. Salty, cold, oily dinner...

My wife and I had a destination wedding in Cabo. On our return home we
were delayed overnight due to a flight problem with Sunwing Airlines.
As soon as we arrived at the hotel with all our extra suitcases and
massive wedding dress, the door man quickly came over and offered
assistance. We were greeted at the desk by Hector who spoke perfect
english. He was very helpful and understanding in regards to our
dissapointment with our delay, Hector immediately found us a room and
had our luggage transported up there. We told Hector we had to book a
flight asap, he found us 5 different airline phone numbers and helped us
figure out how to call toll free from our room,

We ended up having dinner that night and breakfast in the morning at the
hotel restaurant. The food was authentic Mexican and very delicious! A
pleasant surprise. Our waiter was exceptional and offered us extra rolls
and coffee!

After thanking Hector and his staff for a fabulous stay, we took their
free shuttle to the airport.

We would definitely stay at the Best Western Aeropuerto and recommend it
to families and couples. The hotel is in fantastic shape and like new.

Thanks for taking care of us!

We had our flight cancelled and the airline but us (ALL 135 passengers) up at this hotel. There was also another entire plane-load of passengers there as well. The service was AMAZING. It's new and very clean. The staff was great and the manager did a fantastic job of dealing with cranky and tired customers. The food buffet was pretty good and the bar saved our sanity.

HIGHLY recommended although the location to sight-seeing isn't the best. We'll definitely stay here again when we need to be close to the airport.

...even though we've not been here before, it feels like coming home! Our Dinner was pretty fabulous; DH had the quesadilla, I had the salmon carpaccio and the tortilla sopa... can't wait to eat what's on the breakfast menu! The room is decorated in green and blue, very very clean and tidy, with very comfy mattress and pillows the price was right!, and we walked right on through the so-called 'shark tank,' at the airport (which really wasn't all that bad at all,) across the street, and here we are! We leave for further adventures tomorrow
