Everything about this experience was top notch. I have no complaints.Every restaurant we visited was great and the food was excellent. The staff made us feel very welcomed. Marguerite was an excellent hostess!

I find that all-inclusive hotels are very hit or miss with service (often lacking unless you're in a super high-end hotel). We found a great price for our stay at the Hyatt Ziva, but the service far surpassed that at similarly priced hotels we've stayed at. Good job, Hyatt! The property is beautiful, pool is very nice & not overly crowded, beach isn't swimmable but it's very pretty and wasn't as "rocky" as we had heard Cabo beaches are (sand is a bit gritty, but it's still sand - not rocks). We had a security concern that was addressed promptly by the security manager - he even found us at dinner to answer our question. They do not nickel and dime you for upgrades. We did rent a pool palopa & it was totally worth it - especially for the improved service we got at the pool. The food was very good, especially at the Japanese restaurant. The pillows are divine. Very clean, updated, and well-kept hotel. Overall great stay!

We attended the Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos for our honeymoon. It was amazing. The food, the staff, the amenities, the condition of the hotel and the rooms, it was all impeccable. It wasn’t overly busy and difficult to find chairs or get around. Nice gym overlooking the ocean. They did many nice things for us because of our honeymoon as well. Highly recommended.

This hotel is amazing. Staff is so kind and pleasant. The food was great, no need to leave the hotel it has everything you need. You will have to drive to another location to access the beach, the beach at this hotel is too dangerous.

Club checkin is poor and provides no added benefit. Club lounge food is average along with service other than Domingo in the evenings and some of the dinners. Domingo is truly the best.

Dozo food service is also very poor and the manager extremely rude!

Pool service and staff was awesome along with activities.
