Description: We are a social enterprise cafe run by Rosemarkie Amenities Association set in a nice green field right beside a sandy beach. We are a short walk from the nearest on street parking over a wee bridge. Great beach for rock-pooling, paddling and dolphin-spotting. Our young trainee staff learn to make simple food well: home-made soup, cheese toasties, hot drinks, salads. We have very naughty cakes and lovely ice-cream. We are not the Ritz and we can't do much about the weather but we have a nice wee exhibition about the local area which is free, walks leaflets, maps and our staff are all local. This year's profits will contribute to the replacement of our seaside tennis courts. Donations very welcome! We are open until 3.30 daily until early November when we go down to Friday, Saturday and Sunday instead. Come and see us soon!

Good coffee, run by volunteers, good place to have a break after a good walk on the beach. Benches donated by locals, some wood sculptures of raptors.

I've visited Rosemarkie Beach several times with my children. The cafe is well decorated, clean, has good service and a good menu. The cakes are delicious. There is a small exhibition about the beach and Fairy Glen (directly behind the beach) in the cafe. It's well put together and informative. My children enjoyed the play park next to the cafe whilst I had a cuppa and a cake sitting at one of the carved woken benches.

This is a community run cafe and on a nice day you can sit on the outside tables and soak up the view. There are also some inside tables if the weather is bad, and a small exhibition about the local area. The best thing for us was that all the cakes were home made and the ingredients were listed, so if you have a food allergy you know what to choose. If only every coffee house would do this!

This place is tucked at the north end of the beach in Rosemarkie. Right by a sandy beach - dogs welcome outside - lots of tables on the grass for al fresco dining. Run by mainly by volunteers I believe - though I guess the student staff may get paid a consideration for their troubles. Whatever the case, they were friendly folk. Lovely food - burgers, sausage sandwiches, cakes, hot chocolate +++ Can't say enough good stuff. A feel good place.

We came across this café near the end of the afternoon. The café owners saw us walking, and stayed open for us. We took our delicious coffee and a huge slab of walnut cake onto the benches. The seating area was spacious, with lots of climbing frames for the children. Well worth the walk and the view looking out to sea was splendid
