Very clean beach, saw a seal. Good for kayaks.Apparently Wednesday evening is when people go kayaking, I don't know how busy that would be in season.

Just such a good place to blow off the cobwebs! Wonderful sandy coves and ancient rocks and lots of wildlife to spot too, dolphins, otter, ducks and herons.

We called here for a drink following our New Years Day walk. The Dressed hot chocolate comes in a big mug with whipped cream, marshmallows and chocolate powder. Wish we could have stayed for the soup of the day - Hogmanay Broth, which looked delicious. Would certainly visit here again next time we are in the area.

We have visited Rosemarkie several times before and we always find it to be a beautiful place to be. This Scottish beach is the UK at it's best. Why travel abroad.
