Again I ordered something that in a busy restaurant is always good, it was the pork shank, but if it sits on the stove , it dries out and looses taste. This was the case here, so I should have heeded my own advice, do not order dishes that take a lot of preparation and time to cook, in an upmarket and expensive restaurant with few patrons.
