The worst option to visit Puebla they practically treat us as they pay our room. Even they do not give us any kind of invoice, they offer the continental breakfast but never appears no parking space, smells like drain no cable no wifi, etc

The hotel is very well located, just a block and a half from the cathedral and the center of town. Overall, the hotel looks and feels nice and comfortable from the minute you walk in.

I stayed in one of the suites, because that is where they had strong WiFi signal. My first thought was that the room was large, ceilings high, and comfortable. That I will really enjoy my stay here. But my second thought was, how cheap the owners or management are. In a room with 2 queen size beds, all they have is one small bottle of water, and I mean small, about 250 ml, one pack of Kleenex for purse or pocket and one little bar of soap. Not that there is a problem in getting more, just that at 2 AM, the last thing one feels like doing is going to the front desk o calling for water. Sorry, but looking at hotel, and price they charge, to see this, felt really cheap.

The other problem with the room, was that just on the other side of the room, is the restaurant and kitchen. So one could hear absolutely everything that was going on. Almost as if they were in the room.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. But the real problem with the hotel is the restaurant. Totally awful service. If one shows up before 8-8:30, there is no one to serve. The "chef" comes out and takes orders, sets table, makes coffee, runs to kitchen to make food... Not that there is a major improvement when the server does show up. The breakfasts were edible at least. The level of the restaurant and kitchen, does not even come close to the level of the hotel.

In the end, I am still giving it 4 stars, although it should be more of a 2 star for service and amenities, because the hotel is nice, the hotel staff is hepful and friendly and it is very well situated.

Room Tip: Do not stay in the suite. Restaurant (patio tables) and kitchen are right on the other side of the...

This small and beautiful hotel is well located in the historical center. If you reserve a room in the back, it is very quiet, but even the room upstairs on the street was fine.
The rooms are spacious and beautiful, high ceilings, nice bathrooms, good hot water. The beds are among the most comfortable I've slept on while traveling, cotton sheets, duvet, fluffy pillows. The staff are delightful, the little restaurant has good breakfasts. I was sorry to leave!
The only improvement would be to have better bedside lighting for reading.

I stayed along with my husband at this hotel, it is nice but not as nice as the webpage shows, we got a bit disapointted because they have a tinny restaurant (not very good by the way) and the rooms look really old.

Location is great for tourist but the street (7 poniente) is always loud and crowded.

We tought the Santander hotel has a lack of staff. You have to be looking everywere to find an employee.
