We asked a passerby to recommend us a place in this gorgeous little medieaval town , the lady pointed out Dal Moro...
We had delicious main courses ...tagliatelle with
wild boar bolognese sauce
absolutely the best I have had in my 5 years in Italy
and lasagnette wih artichokes and cardoon ...oh!la!la!
side dishes raw super fresh baby artichokes and another serve of cooked artichichokes ...super
then grilled red meat ...and a casserole of wild boar...a festival of flavors...both were outstanding
we ordered the house wine red and white ...were both pleasant and we did not get an headache
my companion and I shared for dessert a millefoglie pastry...with a to die for custard cream filling..home made
the coffee was perfect as well
We congratulated the cook, a lady with short, salt and pepper hair...the owners are friendly, efficient and discreet .
Definitely a must try...
