“Fast Food and more at its best”
Reviewed 19 June 2014

Styled on an American Diner type set up, this place stands out among your usual Sicilian eatery. The restaurant has a great location virtually on the beach front. The food choices are rather limited but adequate. There is small car park across the way where my wife and I picniced whilst eating our freshly delicious prepared pizza. It was made more tasty by the splendid view of the coastline..
It was serendipity that we alighted on this place and like a lot of unexpected, unplanned events in life, that added to our overall enjoyment. Well worth a visit if you are passing.

“Good for a relaxing lunch”
Reviewed 27 May 2014

Excellent location, just back from a small beach and an adjacent car park. Decor is Italian bling - but gives modern atmosphere. Service very quick, although not too rushed. Lots of local office types there when we were there - we had pizza and salad - more than ample portions. Good crisp salad, thin pizza base with fresh topping ingredients. Busy but quiet - perfect for a relaxing lunch. Value good.

“Best restaurant in the area by far”

This was a daily stop for me when we stayed in italy. Food is amazing and everything they use is extremely fresh! It's so good that it becomes the restaurant others are compared to .

“Nice view and a little different”
Reviewed 3 May 2014 via mobile

This place is very glass and crome and modern with a bakery on one side and restaurant on the other. The inside is air conditioned and the outside has a covered and uncovered area so all the options are available. We have visited a few times on the way back from Santa Flavia and have always found the restaurant consistently good. The salads are particularly good and there is a range to choose from. I had fish of the day this time which is tuna at the moment since it is in season and I couldn't eat it all, with spinach, same problem, and potatoes al forno ( from the oven) my husband had pizza and he enjoyed that. The service is professional if a little arrogant and you will need to be a little assertive. This is a place where young people like to pose so good for people watching.

“Could have been better!”
Reviewed 23 October 2013 via mobile

Went here a couple of times. The first time it wasn't too bad, but the second time it wasn't too great at all!
Inconsistency in a restaurant isn't a good thing!
It's a large place, clearly popular with foreign tourists - because there aren't that many restaurants in the village! - as well as locals who appeared to go for pizza.
The first time we went our meal was OK and we went back because there wasn't a great deal of choice near our hotel - which was terrible food wise! - but the second time was extremely disappointing!
The French fries were great on each visit, so have them!
My wife had mussels as her main course, but they were in a tomato sauce that tasted like the sauce used on pizzas! She couldn't finish them as they tasted so bad!
I had swordfish, but not that you'd know it when it was served up! It looked like rissoles that had been on a skewer with bay leaves and onions and tasted like nothing! I couldn't eat it!
Needless to say we didn't have dessert or coffee!
It is a huge menu - that's maybe part of their problem as they can't possibly cook everything on it to its best.
The desserts are amazing to look at, but are huge! Based on the ones we saw served to other tables, none were ever finished!
They have a reasonable wine list and very well priced.
It's a nice place; portions are very big; the staff are very friendly and attentive with a reasonable command of English, but the food is very inconsistent! Not what you'd want in a restaurant!
Only went back the second time because our first choice for the evening was closed.
