Beautifully equipped, lovely underfloor heating and a superbly maintained, clean, indoor swimming pool. This really is a find......and it's dog friendly. Our mutt loved it. The location is terrific. There is a very nice pub in the village serving well cooked food and many eateries (pubs) within easy driving distance. Great walks in abundance also. We went off to Durdle Door/Lulworth and had a superb day.

From the moment we entered the Bothy cottage we were blown away! The whole vibe of Launceston Farm is cosy and welcoming. Bothy was beautiful inside and out. Definitely worth travelling to see this little beauty and if you have a dog - look no further. There are beautiful walks all local and pubs that allow dogs as well. I have been telling all my friends and family to visit here. We will definitely be back! Thank you to the owners as well for a pristine cottage and gorgeous lemon drizzle cake upon arrival - a real treat!

We were a family of 9 adults and 5 children ranging from 11 month twins to 72 years of age. We all fitted in a treat with ample room for everyone. The house is extremely well equipped. The large kitchen is stocked full with all of the crockery, glasses etc that a much larger party than ours would need. The beds are very comfortable and the en-suites modern and efficient. The sofas are large and comfortable too and the children had plenty to keep them busy. The gardens are a delight for all ages and the swimming pool and sauna are superb.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Launceston Farmhouse to anyone. Top marks!!

Our recent stay at Launceston was superb in every way. The house catered for all our family whose ages spanned from one year to 72 years. The garden was magical for young and old alike and nothing could be more English than watching the cows graze at the end of the lawn as the summer sun set. The teenagers in the party lounged on the hammocks whilst the toddler team baked mud pies in the outside mud kitchen.
The beautiful indoor pool was an absolute gem on cloudy days and helped exhaust the little people before bedtime. Set amongst stunning rolling farmland we enjoyed a gentle stroll down the lane over the bridge and past thatched cottages to the local pub for a sundowner on a couple of occasion, a stroll that I am sure would be just as enjoyable in cold and frosty weather. The house was well equipped and felt cosy especially with the Aga in the kitchen I can't recommend this beautiful home enough and would definitely return!! Thank you to Sarah and Catherine for making us so welcome.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review. What you have described is exactly what we want Launceston Farm to be - a place where multi generational families can come together and enjoy themselves - whatever the weather. It's not something any of us get to do very often so it has to be special. We look forward to seeing you again in the future and thank you again.

Recently visited Launceston Farm and stayed in Flint cottage. It was just perfect in every way! We were with our 15 month old daughter and the added additions of a baby gate, high chair and cot/changing mat were just fab! The whole farm is just beautiful and there has been such care taken to ensure your stay is perfect! Flint is decorated to a very high spec and so is the new pool which was used by us every morning! Sarah's lemon drizzle on arrival and full English breakfast during our stay were delicious. The outside bath was used daily by our daughter who loved it!! The courtyard was cute and perfectly formed! We have already recommended to friends and family and hope to visit again ourselves soon!!
