Just come back from a three night stay in Pump cottage. Very quaint and peaceful cottage. Lovely comfy bed, and spotlessly clean. Wonderful secluded place, but not far from the North Cornwall coast. A great find.

We had a lovely short break with the pups at Ta Mill just recently. We only stayed two nights, and I regret not booking for longer. In the middle of nowhere, the setting is beautiful and peaceful. I especially enjoyed not having phone signal! We enjoyed a couple of very relaxed days. Will definitely be visiting again!

Room Tip: We stayed in Lodge 3, but apparently Lodge 4 has an enclosed balcony, which might be more helpful if you have dogs - so that they can go outside without worrying about where they are.

Arrived on the Saturday and we were pleasantly surprised by the cottage. Very warm welcome and a very clean, modern yet classic cottage feel. Very peaceful and great grounds to go and explore, although we didn't take full advantage due to having a 6 month old! Would like to come back again sometime as we only stayed for two nights and really wasn't enough time to do much.
All in all a great short break and would recommend highly to anyone looking to get away in beautiful surroundings. Will be back!

We booked at the start of June and stayed in the Hayloft - The scenery from the balcony was lovely and the peace was just what the Dr ordered - The accommodation was fabulous - very clean and tidy and felt like a home away from home - We booked the Hot Spa for a couple of sessions which was relaxing and romantic, also the Swim Spa - Now THAT was very funny once you got the hang of what to do - Poor Helen was doing a spot of gardening and we were laughing so loudly we disturbed her peace and quiet (sorry Helen !!) The location of Ta Mill was within 10 miles of some lovely spots - Boscastle is a must - so pretty - We will come back without a doubt - I was very sad to leave after 3 nights : (
See you again soon - Shelley and Patrick xx

Room Tip: You cant go wrong with any of the accomodation - but the cottages were worth paying that tiny bit extra for - in my personal opinion

Having just returned from our stay, we couldn't resist from writing a review.

Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by a young woman who proceeded to show us to our accommodation for the weekend ahead. She was extremely helpful, giving us tips on places to visit for walks and dining.

The accommodation in Brookview Lodge at first glance was spectacular, nice and clean with all the needed essentials such as kitchen utensils, dining table and comfy furniture. As well as the nice interior we were brandished with a picturesque view of Ta Mill's pond with surrounding fields and hills.

After first hand experience, we would recommend using the on site hot tub. We purchased two of theses sessions for a measly £24! This gave us half an hour per session to relax uninterrupted.

Overall, we found our experience to be very pleasant. We found it to be a very friendly and relaxed environment. 10/10 for customer service. Looking forward to our next stay in the near future!

Thank you to Helen and her daughter for this lovely experience!

Lauren & Cameron
