This is the second time we have been to this restaurant. The first time was in 2009, just a year after it opened. We loved it so much that we had to return a second time, 2013. The view is stunning and as daylight changes to dusk, you experience the wonderful lights of the bay and of Ixtapa. We shared a tasty Chateaubrind, cooked to perfection by Chef André. He was a delight to meet and spent time speaking with his customers. We enjoyed our chat with him in French. He suggested the dessert of strawberries, finshed with black pepper. I would have never imagined that black pepper on strawberries could be so delicious, but it takes the flambé in the kitchen to bring the flavours of rum and pepper together. The evening was so relaxing and fun. We recommend this restaurant in a heartbeat. We will return hopefully a lot sooner than four years. Merci Chef André, c'était fantastique!
