This was our first trip to Hard Rock Hotels All Inclusive and had some trepidations as we were there 2 years ago when it was the Aventura Spa Palace and loved it. From the moment we arrived and were welcomed at the VIP check in, we knew we were back home again. We enjoyed one of the new suites they introduced in Building 2, 3rd floor 2306, the Terrace loft suite which along with the regular balcony, has a rooftop terrace where the Jacuzzi is with a couple of loungers, pretty sweet. Had such a fantastic view of the ocean and the Eden pool which is kind of a giant hot tub with water jets but not the temperature of a hot tub. We were in the quieter building 2. This resort with 1264 rooms has so much to offer that it will hard to cover it all here. The resort is split into two, Hacienda (Family) and Heaven (Adults) which gives you the choice of where you want to stay depending on your needs and desires. Love that part of this resort, you make it what you want. The distinct feels with two separate open courtyard style lobby with a glass roof for natural light. WiFi is everywhere including the beaches. Heaven is a quieter place with building 1 and 2 being farther away from the activities and can be totally quite. Get closer and you have more pool...More
