This was the first time we stayed at the Dreams Puerto Aventuras. The hotel is only 7 floors tall. The restaurants were awesome and there was never any reservations needed. The people who worked at the hotel were so friendly, the friendliest we have ever encountered in the 8 times we have visited Mexico. The hotel was very diverse with people from Europe, South America, Canadian and USA. It really caters to families with kids. The kids club does a very good job with the kids. The hotel was like a boutique hotel. The adult pool was nice and quiet, sheltered from the wind. The beach is not very large and you can't walk very far without running into rocks.
Overall, the experience was very nice.More
