Very good authentic street tacos. If you are headed south on 307 toward Tulum you will take the Puerto Aventuras exit, go straight, through the round about & there it will be 1 or 2 storefronts down in the right side. There is parking right in front. If you do not get off at they exit you will miss it and not even see it while traveling on the highway overpass. So, it's kind of like a secret place almost because you have to know about it to find it.
It is a taco stand and juice bar with several tables to sit at. You go up to counter and the lady will explain the different fillings (several different egg, beef, chorizo, and chicken mixes as well as 2 vegan options including mushrooms and vegetable mix) which are laid out in front of you behind glass counter. You tell her what you want and as she makes it she will ask you if you want rice(arroz) or beans (frijoles) too. For 3 tacos it was less than 30 pesos which is less than $3.00. They have several sauces, onions, lime that you can add to your taco. The tacos here are really great & there is such a large and unique selection to chose from.
There is also a juice/ smoothie bar. I got a very large papaya, strawberry and banana smoothie fro 30 pesos, again under $3.
They close after selling out so you never are sure what time they will be open till. If you are hungry and passing through it is definitely worth a stop for a quick bite. We try to go at least a couple times when visiting the area. I highly recommend it.
