“Family of 4 stayed for spring break 2016”
Reviewed 31 March 2016 for a stay in March 2016

This was our second time staying in a condo in Puerto Aventuras. Luckily we'd been there before, so we knew a little bit about the place as the condo contained NO instructions/ideas/tips, and NO provisions that one would expect (salt & pepper, other spices, a bag of rice, a can of beans, or other staples). Other than the lack of instructions and staples, the condo was absolutely perfect and beautiful. It's on the 2nd story and has a lovely balcony with beautiful views. The beds are a bit hard, but had nice linens. There were plenty of towels (bath and beach), and a washer and dryer (no laundry soap). The pool is nice, but kind of small, but we didn't use it much. The condo is very close to the entrance into Puerto Aventuras, so it's very easy to come and go. It's about a 20 minute walk to the shops and restaurants (but a very beautiful and enjoyable walk). The oven was difficult to figure out, so if they do make up a manual with instructions of any kind, I hope they include instructions about how to use the oven. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. It's also nice that there's a clearly assigned parking spot. There is not cable or satellite tv, but there is an Apple TV? where you can log into Netflix and Amazon prime. What's a bit unfortunate about this is that you don't hear any local news or weather, or otherwise hear Spanish speaking tv to help you keep your Spanish sharp while you're there. Overall, we were very happy with the place. We felt very safe and secure, and it was perfect for us.

“Immaculate inside with great Puerto Aventuras vista down to the marina.”

We stayed here in early December for a week. The place was immaculate inside with almost everything new. The condo is on a quiet street close to the PA entrance where you can get a taxi or catch one of the excellent collectivo busses that run to Tulum and Playa.

We loved the terrace that looks over the golf course and on to the marina area of town. It was warm in early December, but we spent every evening on the terrace enjoying the ocean breezes. The main bedroom faces east and gets the same.

Heidi took great care of us during our stay and recommended all the local places.

Highly recommended!
